With over 36 years of golf instruction experience, Stephen Wresh has worked with a wide diversity of players including juniors, seniors, Special Olympics and individuals with physical limitations.

This has led to a teaching philosophy that believes:

• Each individual has goals that will dictate the development program that must be followed.

Whether the student wants more consistency, lower scores or to eliminate a slice,

the instructor must work with the student to develop a program that will allow them to achieve their goals.

•One golf swing does not work for all golfers.

•The fundamentals of the golf swing including grip, stance, alignment and the basic swing must be

developed around each individual's physical abilities & body type.

With this philosophy in mind an instructional program has been developed at the Stephen Wresh Golf Academy that treats individuals as an individual. Even in classes with multiple students, special effort is given to provide the diversity in instruction that will allow each individual to maximize their abilities.

Ranked by Henry Griffitts as the Top Teacher/Fitter in the country for over seven years, Stephen was awarded his Master Club Fitting

TM status. Due to his dedication and professionalism with his students he was also awarded the Randy Henry Award in 2003 and the Jim Griffitts Award in 2007.
